Purpose.
The Bloom website and the Bloom app, a software-as-a-service Shopify application developed by Bloom Studio, Inc, has adopted this Privacy Policy in order to inform you of its policies with respect to information collected from www.bloom.wine and from the Bloom app (collectively referred to as “Bloom”). Your use of Bloom constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Statement and your consent to the practices it describes.

Website Visitors.
Like most website operators, Bloom collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Bloom’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Bloom’s visitors and users use its website and app. From time to time, Bloom may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the www.bloom.wine website.

The Bloom.wine website also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Bloom does use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information.
Certain visitors to Bloom.wine and the users of the Bloom app, choose to interact with Bloom in ways that require Bloom to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Bloom gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask users to provide access tokens, email addresses and login information for certain integrations. Or, provide their name and email address to use our website’s embedded chat plugin. In each case, Bloom collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the integration or feature. Bloom does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from using in certain app-related features.
