2024 pricing

On April 1, 2024, we will begin to roll out pricing updates to all Bloom Commerce customers. Some customers will see a reduction in monthly fees. Most will see an increase.

Why are fees increasing? The fees we currently charge were established in January 2019 - over five years ago. Since that time we've invested heavily in new features and will continue to invest in the coming years.

Monthly pricing changes for coreplanswill be as follows:

A new Growth plan has been added:We've heard from many customers that the jump from the Startup Plan to the Standard plan was too large. The new Growth Plan softens that increase by decreasing the fee from $220 per month to $180 per month.

NOTE:The member count is based on the number of current memberships and/or subscriptions stored in Bloom Commerce. You can find this number on your Bloom Commerce dashboard, or by filtering your memberships toStatus = Currentand locating the total count.

For ShipCompliant or Avalara integration users:One year ago, we started charging all new customers an additional fee for using our compliance and fulfillment features. At the time, we decided not to charge this new fee to current customers using the features.

Starting April 1, 2024, this additional fee will be charged to all customers using a compliance integration feature.

Monthly pricing changes forcomplianceintegrations will be as follows:

NOTE: The count used for average orders per month will be based on the number of orders created in the last 12 months. If your shop is new and doesn't have a year of history, the average will be based onallorders in Shopify.

What is the process and timing of these changes? On Monday, March 25th, 2024 an audit of your current members and orders will be conducted. The new monthly fees will be charged starting April 1st, 2024, and on all future monthly invoices.
